I tend to overdecorate. My wallet doesn’t always love that about me 😂 If you can relate this “I can make it Monday” is for you!

I found this fuzzy pumpkin tote bag for trick or treating at my local Dollar Tree. I have also seen similar ones for similar prices at Dollar General. There were other versions too, like a cat, skull and crossbones and poison!

I already had a cute cat pillow at home so I opted just for the pumpkin! These were also asking, no, begging to be made into pillows because they are fuzzy!

I started by taking off the paper label and then stuffing the handles inside the bag, I didn’t see why I’d need to cut them, so I didn’t.

Then I grabbed my poly fil and began filling the bag, erm, pillow! I didn’t fill it to be tight so I left it to be squishy and huggable.

Then I curled the ends in and began sewing with a coordinating color thread. I apparently didn’t have orange so I settled for a yellow. I did my best at sewing an invisible seam!

And voila it’s done! Very easy project. I set my timer and also made companion videos, and took these pictures and it took less than 13 minutes total!

Like, how was this ever gonna work as a bag?!?! It’s perfect as a pillow!

Look at it with all its friends!!! Also I have that pumpkin spice cutie in another how-to post! View it here!

I Hope y’all enjoyed this easy and quick AND inexpensive spooky decor pillow how-to today! I loved making it! Honestly it’d be really fun to make multiple and place on each bed in the house, a cute way to add some spooky cheer into a room!
