Shirts and other items that say “made to order” which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered because of using a pint on demand service. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. For custom skirt orders, returns are not supported because of the custom sizing. Vintage fabrics are often used and with the nature of these fabrics coming from bed linens that children used there will be on occasion a faint stain, tear or thinning. Creative Unicorn Crafts will do their best to list the condition of the fabric to be used but will not accept a return for light blemishes that couldn’t be washed out. All fabric is pre-washed in non-dye, non-fragrance detergent and softner. Stain remover has also been used when necessary. Returns are not accepted on digital downloads. If there is a problem with an order
For made to order t-shirts, totes etc (not custom skirts) In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with by using the contact us form within 7 days of product delivery. We can offer a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
However, it should be pointed out that if the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you’ve ordered the wrong size or color, Creative Unicorn Crafts will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
