It feels like the perfect time to share something that’s been brewing in my heart (and my sketchbook) for a while now. As Creative Unicorn Crafts continues to evolve, so have I—and I’m so excited to officially share the new direction I’m embracing!
This year, I’m pivoting Creative Unicorn Crafts to focus more deeply on two things I truly love: knitting patterns and graphic designs made especially for crafters. These are the areas that light me up creatively, and I’m leaning all the way in.
As a mom of two little ones, life is full—messy, magical, and constantly moving. Between snack times, story times, and stepping on the occasional Hot Wheels, I’ve found that the moments I carve out for creativity feel more precious than ever. Designing knitting patterns and creating playful, empowering graphics for the crafting community has become not only my creative outlet, but also a way to connect with others who find joy in making.
This shift feels beautifully aligned with my current season of life. I want to create with intention and bring fun, feel-good, practical designs into the world—whether it’s a cozy for your favorite drink, or a shirt that boldly proclaims your maker pride. I want my work to inspire and celebrate the magic of being a crafter, in whatever form that takes for you.
There’s something so powerful about crafting with your hands, building something from yarn or pixels or paint—and I’m here for all of it.
