Terms & Conditions

By booking design services with Creative Unicorn Designs, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services & Scope

Each project includes a discovery process (via email or message) and a custom design tailored to your needs. The scope of work will be clearly outlined before the project begins. Any requests outside of the agreed-upon scope will be billed separately.

2. Proof & Revisions

You will receive a digital proof of the design before final delivery.

One (1) round of revisions is included in the base price.

• Additional revisions are available at a rate of $35 per round.

• Revisions must be requested within 5 business days of receiving the proof.

Please provide clear, consolidated feedback to help streamline the revision process.

3. Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time is 5–10 business days, depending on project complexity and current workload. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee if scheduling allows.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.

• Payment secures your place in the project queue.

• Accepted payment methods include Paypal.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may request a full refund prior to any work being started, minus a $35 administrative fee to cover time spent on communication, planning, and file setup.

Once a proof has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, as significant work has been completed.

• No-shows or extended periods of unresponsiveness (10+ business days) will be treated as a forfeiture of the project with no refund.

6. File Delivery

Final designs are delivered digitally in pre-agreed formats (e.g., PNG, PDF, JPEG). Editable source files (like .AI or .PSD) are not included unless specifically arranged in advance and may incur an additional licensing fee.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

• Once final payment has been received and the project is completed, you receive full usage rights to the final design.

• Creative Unicorn Designs retains the right to showcase the final work in a portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Communication & Boundaries

Business hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM EST. Please allow 1–2 business days for replies.

Respectful and timely communication keeps your project moving and helps ensure the best result.

9. Rush Fee Policy

Need it sooner? I offer limited rush services depending on availability.

Rush turnaround (under 5 business days) is available for an additional $150 fee.

• This fee guarantees your project is prioritized ahead of others in the queue.

• Rush requests must be approved before payment is made, as availability may vary.

• All rush work is subject to the same Terms & Conditions, including revision limits.

10. Client Responsibilities

To begin and complete your project on time, you agree to provide all required materials in a timely manner. This may include:

• High-resolution logos

• Brand colors, fonts, and style guidelines (if applicable)

• Text copy (names, slogans, taglines, event details, etc.)

• Reference images or inspiration, if desired

Please ensure submitted files are accurate, complete, and final. Delays in providing materials may result in a delay to your project delivery or require rescheduling.

Creative Unicorn Designs is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect client-provided materials.
